I know that this is a bit last minute, but I had an IDEA and I love it. I hope you do, too.
I was thinking about how I could challenge myself while also raising awareness and fundraising for Mental Health. I’m already running the Still I Run May Run Streaking event, what else could I do?
Well, I could up the challenge! I’ve set myself some push goals and added some wagers to them. The base challenge means I must run one mile a day for a total of 31 miles. Now I need to run at least one mile a day. Some days are going to be considerably more.

Disclaimer: All of these push goals are within my body’s current limits with good training practices and pacing. They are challenging, but not impossible. I will listen to my body and rest when it needs it. Put another way: I will not risk my bodily or mental health to reach an arbitrary goal.
